Eating Healthy! I’ve been trying to eat really healthy and correct portions and for breakfast i made the Tastiest Smoothie and wanted to share the secrets 😉 (mainly so i don’t forget)
Makes Two Smoothies!
1/2 cup of frozen berries
1 cup of almond milk plain unsweetened
1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp of Spirulina Powder
1/2 tsp of Cocao, Maca Mesquite and Lucuma Powder mix
I used all organic.
and i put it in my bullet till smooth and drunk it along side with my breakfast.
i am aware that some one may have made a smoothie like this so don’t freak out!
