Easy Diet Diary App Review

I love this app it’s so great! You have set in how much eight you want to loose or maintain, you set how many calories you limit to yourself too.

The app is simple and so easy to use.

Barcode Scan Makes it Quick, and as you add your own items you can scan them afterwards.

As you to add more food you can search from what others have added, choose recently logged food and even add your own recipes.

This is what the overview looks like. You can click on certain categories e.g. sodium is what i have shown in the screen shot.

I really love this app being able to manage my foods stop myself from over eating and you learn so much about food.
