Healthy Sleeping.

As i do not have a full time job, its so easy fall in a pattern of watching Netflix till 3 am and sleeping till 10 am.

I realised that i started to fall in to a pattern of sleeping after midnight and waking up late. I noticed my energy was down and i had to change.

So i made my self a bedtime of 11pm then moved to 10pm and my energy has increased, looking at this it is remembering i need to look after my body as it is a temple.

It is important to maintain a schedule when you are not working full time, and have a healthy sleeping schedule.

Sleep more, Play more.
